Our Thanks: We want to acknowledge four persons who have been instrumental in the development of our program: Russell Hooks, DeWitt Meshell, Bill Stovall (deceased), and Kaso Kety. Russell is the one person who has guided us from the start and given us a lot of good advice. DeWitt has worked with us on numerous occasions in our private treaty acquisitions of high quality Butler animals. Bill got us started down the Butler path and was key to our early herd development. Kaso influenced us significantly to concentrate on pure Butler genetics and the purchase of elite Butler animals. |
